Ward In the Matter of Acquiring the following described property in the vicinity of
7 Etna Street and Third Street E, for public purpose. (To be
known as the Belt Line Pond) :
Acquiring, for public purposes, those parts pf the Northwest
Quarter of Section 34, Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, described as follows:
Lots 17 thru 20, Hamer's Subdivision;
Lots 1 thru 5 and Lots 16 thru 20 of Stenlund's Subdivision;
Subject to avenue, Block 8 and except the South 10 feet for
Third Street, the West 1/2 of Block 13, Stinson's Frances Street
Addition to Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota;
Lots 1 thru 7 and except the South 10 feet Lots 19 thru 24,
Smiths Subdivision of Block 14, Stinson's Frances Street
Addition to Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota and
Except the East 156 feet and except the South 10 feet, Lot 2,
Block 2, Eastview Addition.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 250,000 . financed by Capital Improvement Bonds.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 14th day of
__ July, 1987 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
