RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of 5aint Paul hereby
pledges to hold harmless and defend any claims brought against
t�e management of Bandana Square and its cooperating tenants
by participants in the Division of Parks and Recreation' s "Big
Wheel Rally" , an event involving tricycle races and events
for the City' s youngsters , in return for Bandana Square offering
space for the event to be held on July 16, 1987 .
