In the 1V�atter of acquiring the necessary right-of-way,. slope easements, �
construrtioa easements,sewer easements and right of access at yarious Iocations
in connection with SHepard Road Improvement Project betvveen°850 feet
southwest of I-35E to 600 feet southwest of Randolp�Avenue in Voting Ward 2.
The Cquncil of the City of 5aint Paul having received the report af the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having consic3ered said reporE, hereby
resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no .
alteraatives, and that the estimated cost thereof�is;283,000 financed by
1988 Major Sevver Repair Funds $3,000 and 1988 Municipal State Aid
$280,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said irnprovement on the 2 f Ma ,
1987 at 1Oc00 dclock . in the Council Chambers of e City Hall and
_ ourt House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the
manner pmvided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing,
the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
