The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On March 17,1998 you submitted an application for a Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle Parts 3icense. On February 9, 1999 you were sent a letter indicating that your license application was inactive and that in order to reactivate it you would need to provide a 55,000 surefy bond. The bond submitted currently shows Wilson Auto Parts, Inc. Wilson Aufo Parts, Inc. is not listed in any way on the application and this bond is therefore not acceptable. At this point you may admit the violations alleged above and either withdraw• your license application or ask that the matter be set in front of the Council to determine cvhether they agree with the recommendation to deny your license.
