Burlington Northern Right of Way, all in Section 29 and 30,

A permanent easement on [he southwesterly 10 feet of the nor[h-
easterly 25 feet of tha[ part of Outlot "B" that lies westerly of a
line that heglns at a poin[ on the northeasterly line of saiA Outlot

bears southwest at 90 degrees to the northeasterly line of Outlot "B". �
A temporary construction easement on the southwesterly 20 feet of
