RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby consent to and approve of the appointment, made by the Mayor,
of Joanne MacDonald to serve as a member of the Saint Paul Public
Housing Agency, representing non-tenant commissioners and filling
the unexpired term of Mamie Morgan. This five-year term to
expire September 1, 1987 .

RE: APPOINTMENT TO THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY
Attached is a resolution appointing Joanne MacDonald to serve
as a non-tenant commissioner of the Public Housing Agency of
Saint Paul to fill the unexpired term of Mamie Morgan. This
five-year term will expire September 1, 1987
