An administrative Resolution establishing
the rate of pay for the title of X-Ray
Technologist in the Salary Plan and Rates
of Compensation Resolution.
RESOLVED, that the title of X-Ray Technologist be paid at the rate set forth
in Grade 32, Technical Standard Ranges, Section D 2 1 , of the Salary Plan and Rates
of Compensation Resolution; and be it
RESOLVED, that all incumbents of the X-Ray Technician and Senior X-Ray Technician
classes shall be moved into the upgraded class of X-Ray Technologist. Seniority for
these incumbents shall remain the same date as their seniority as X-Ray Technician and
Senior X-Ray Technician; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the incumbents holding this title shall be eligible for
retroactive pay in accordance with the negotiated comparable worth agreement; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the
first pay period after the passage, approval and publication of this resolution.
