That the petitioner shall pay all costs and expenses for the installation of a hydrant and hydrant control valves on the six inch water main in Roy Street at approximately four feet south of the south curb line of University Avenue . 9 . That a specific easement be retained within the vacated areas to protect the interests of Northern States Power Company. 10 . That a specific easement be retained within the vacated area to protect the interests of Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. 11. That the petitioner shall pay $500 administrative costs for this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days of the publication date of this resolution. That no compensation shall be charged for this vacation as the land to be dedicated or conveyed by the petitioner for the "Loop Road" and the public parking ramp is equal to or greater than the vacated area. 12 . That the petitioner, its successors or assigns, by acceptance of the terms and conditions of this vacation, agrees to indemnify, defend and save harmless the City of Saint Paul, its officers and employees from all suits, actions or claims brought as a result of injuries or damages received or sustained by any person, persons, or property on account of construction work and related activities arising out of the construction of the new Spruce Tree Centre project on or about the property herein vacated which are 5 WHITE - CITV CIERK PINK � - FINANCE GITY.
