FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR
Arthur and Dora Smith Addition .
WHEREAS, Arthur and Dora Smith have submitted the attached proposed final plat
for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the proposed final
plat; and
WHEREAS, the proposed final plat has been determined to meet the requirements
of Section 67 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this final plat for Arthur and Dora Smith.

A. PURPOSE : To consider the final plat approval of Arthur & Dora
Smith Addition. This site is currently unplatted property. The ap-
plicant wishes to readjust the common boundary between the two
properties but cannot da so because the property is unplatted.
B . SITE & AREA CONDITIONS : There is a house on each property plus ac-
cessory buildings . The property slopes up from street at ap-
proximately a 10$ grade . Lot 1 is approximately 57 , 700 square feet in
area and lot 2 is approximately 72 , 600 square feet in area . There is
residential to the north , east and south . There is industrial uses
across Highway 61 to the west .
C . REOUIRED FINDINGS :
1 . All the applicable provisions of the Legislative Code are com-
plied with .
2 . The proposed subdivision will not be detrimental to the present
and potential surrounding land uses .
3 . The area surroundin:g the subdivision can be planned and
