Voting In the Matter of installation of a sanitary sewer in OTTO AVENUE between Stewart
Ward Avenue and Shepard Road (part of Shepard Road improvement project
between 650 feet southwest of I-35E and 600 feet southwest of
2 Randolph Avenue)
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ � , financed by assessments $4,000 and 1988 Major Sewer Repair
Funds $34,500.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of �Y� 1987 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
