proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
l . Northern States Power Company the sum of $808 .40 in full
settlement of its claim of damages sustained on or about
January 30 , 1987, as more particularly set out in the Notice
of Claim filed in the City Clerk ' s office on February 27 ,
1987.

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY
On January 30 , 1987 , a City of Saint Paul snow plow driven by
employee , Lance Terrell , backed into a utility pole owned by
Northern States Power. As a result of the impact , the pole
snapped off and Northern States Power incurred damages in the
amount of $808 . 40 .
