The final plat was revised on March 11 , 1987 to eliminate the Centre Inn Motel property. This platting of property is not conveying any lands to or from the Centre Inn Parcel so it is not required on the plat . B . SITE & AREA CONDITIONS : Located in downtown St . Paul , the site is under construction at this time . C . REQUIRED FINDINGS : 1 . All the applicable provisions of the Legislative Code are complied with. 2 . The proposed subdivision will not be detrimental to the present and potential surrounding land uses . 3 . The area surrounding the subdivision can be planned and developed in coordination and compatibility with the proposed subdivision. 4 . The subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan . 5 . The subdivision preserves and incorporates the site ' s important existing natural features , whenever possible . 6 . The foregoing delinquent taxes, together with taxes payable 1987 , all of which total $363,035, are required to be paid in full prior to the recording of the plat. Because of the unlikelihood of those taxes being paid in the near future, and because our client needs to get the plat of record as soon as possible to meet its commitment to its lender, we are requesting that the plat be r-evised to exclude the Centre Inn Parcel.
