its executors, administrators and assigns forever the following described goods, chattels and personal property, to

Buyer shall:
• enter the premises and take all necessary precautions to protect the premises from damage by unauthorized
persons, ensure that, at all times, the contractors and workmen exercise safety precautions sufficient to
safeguard life, limb and property; and to ensure that all work shall be conducted in a proper and professional
manner;
• secure the services of a licensed water well contractor to permanendy plug, after notifying the Minnesota
Department of Health 24 hours in advance and prior to relocation of the structures, any water wells on the
properties, and secure a statement of compliance with M.H.D. 210-230 from the said water well contractor;
• remove or cause to be removed all foundation walls, footings and floors all steps and/or stoops adjacent to
the structures, a11 sidewalks immediately surrounding structures, and all other obstacles projecting into the
yards;
• within fifteen days following demolition or relocadon, remove or cause to be removed all trash and debris,
whether abandoned by the previous resident or resulting from the demolition or relocation;
• ensure that basement excavations be filled in within fifteen working days following relocation of the
structures, and that, until filling has been completed, barriers be erected and maintained to protect the public
and prevent people from falling into the excavations;
• ensure that all concrete rubble and reinforcing materials be removed and that excavations be filled with
clean dirt to the level of abutting ground line;
• require that all tools, equipment, scaffolding, materials and other debris be removed from the premises, and
ensure that the entire premises be left in a clean condition to the satisfaction of the City.
