Condemning and taking permanent utility easements , sub� ect to
easements of record and existing structures , under and across
those parts of the Southeast and Southwest Quarter of Section
34 , Township 29 , Range 23 , Ramsey County , Minnesota described as
follows :
A permanent easement that lies north of a line 672 . 38
feet south of and parallel to the south line of
University Avenue and south of a line 657 . 38 feet south
of and parallel to the south line of University Avenue ,
from Pascal Street to 700 feet west.
Also , a permanent easement that lies north of a line 707. 38 feet
south of and parallel to the south line of University and south
of a line 697 . 38 feet south of and parallel to the south line of
University Avenue , from Pascal Street to 600 feet west.
Also , temporary easements as shown on the map on file in the
Division of Valuations and Assessments , Department of Finance and
under Management Services . Said temporary easements to expire on
December 31 , 1989 , or upon completion of the project , whichever
Prelim occurs first.
Final(
These easements are in conjunction with the Marshall/Hamline Area
Sewer Separation Project .

for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above jmprovement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a co�firmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 31st day of
Januarv, 1989 at nine ,��Xo°clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
