Condemning and taking permanent utility easements on , under and
across the following :
That part of Lots 17 and 18 , Rueth ' s Addition to Saint Paul lying
southwesterly of a line 15 feet northeasterly of and parallel to the
southwesterly line of said Rueth 's Addition ,
Also , that part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10 , Township 28
North , Range 23 West that lies northeasterly of a line that is 20
feet southwesterly of and parallel to the northeasterly right—of—way
line of the Soo Line Railroad Company between the north line of said
Section 10 (the center line of St . Clair Avenue ) and the east line
of said Section 10 (the center line of Lexington Parkway) .
( This is for the Syndicate /Fairmount Sewer Separation Project
located along the Railroad right—of—way between St . Clair and
Lexington) .

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ �5,000 . financed by the 1989 Storm Sewer System Charge.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �1 Gr day of
January 1989 at nine ,X��Xl�(X�� o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
