WHEREAS , in 1988 by Council Resolution 88-803 the City
of Saint Paul assessed PIN 11-28-22-31-0019 located at 484 Mystic
Street for the removal of diseased trees , said property legally
described as :
Burlington Heights Division No. 2 , Ramsey County,
Minnesota
Mystic Street Accruing as vacated in Torrens
Document No. 523867 and adjoining Lot 5 and
Lots 4 , 5 and 6 , Block 8.
WHEREAS , at property owners request , on September 30 ,
1988 , the Forestry Section of Community Services determined the
trees that had been removed and upon which the assessment is
based , were actually on the adjacent property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the diseased tree
assessment in the amount of $115. 75 be removed from the tax rolls
for PIN 11-28-22-31-0019.

Forestry Section
After my 3 month temporary reassignment to Building Maintenance I have
returned to the Forestry Section.
In regards to the 1987 assessment against the property at 484 Mystic St,
owned by Frank Wagner, I have made the determination that the trees which
were marked were not actually on his properiy. After subsequent
measurement the trees were determined to be on the property belonging to
James Mitchell. His address is listed with Taxation as: P.O. Box 110, Pine,
Arizona 85544. The pin # for this property was listed as 11 28 22 24 0050.
Because he was never notified the City will have to absorb the associated
costs for the removal of these two trees. All assessments already paid by
Mr. Wagner will have to �be refunded.
