Voting In the Matter of improving THOMAS AVENUE from Snelling Avenue to Hamline
Ward Avenue by grading and paving with bituminous material,
4 constructing concrete curb and gutter, constructing drainage
structures and doing all other work necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement.
Also constructing a green lantern lighting system on THOMAS AVENUE
from Snelling Avenue to Hamline Avenue.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves: '
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 409,000 , financedby Assessments $20,000; Capital Improvement Bonds $38,000;
Municipal State Aid Funds $333,000 and Public Improvement Aid $18,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1 9th day of Ma�, 1987 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
