Voting In the Matter of improving CHESTNUT STREET from W. Seventh Street to Smith Avenue
Ward by grading and paving with bituminous material, constructing curb
and gutter, constructing drainage structures and a street lighting
2 system and doing all other work necessary and incidental to complete
said improvement.
The CouncIl of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ g,A_stnr n _, financed by Municipal State Aid $75,500; Public Improvement
Aid $3,500 and Capital Improvement Bonds $10,800.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1g day of Ma3z, 1g�37 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
