That the deficiencies causing this nuisance condition have not been corrected. That this building has been routinely monitored by the Citizen Service Offices, Division of Code Enforcement, Vacant{Nuisance Buildings. No one appeared to represent the property. Sally Peterson reported the property was condemned January 1999, and has been vacant since June 1998. The property owner is Eugene Lindskog. There have been seven summary abatement notices issued to cut tall grass and remove refuse; one vehicle abatement was issued for parking on an unapproved surface. The Ciry has secured this property against trespass. Two citations have been issued for occupying a registered vacant building. The vacant building fee is due. Real estate ta�es are unpaid in the amount of $7,789.32. A code compliance inspection has not been done. There was a fire inside the properiy on April 12, 1999, but the structure is okay. No one appeared to represent the property. Sally Peterson reported the property was condemned January 1999, and has been vacant since June 1998. The property owner is Eugene Lindskog. There have been seven summary abatement notices issued to cut tall grass and remove refuse; one vehicle abatement was issued for parking on an unapproved surface. The Ciry has secured this property against trespass. Two citations have been issued for occupying a registered vacant building. The vacant building fee is due. Real estate ta�es are unpaid in the amount of $7,789.32. A code compliance inspection has not been done. There was a fire inside the properiy on April 12, 1999, but the structure is okay.
