The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall�eport the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

in Block 2. Williams Rearrangement bounded by Arcade.

2. 4/30/87 VACATION: Petition of Randal W. Gegner for the vacation
of the alley in Block 69, Dayton and Irvines Addition
bounded by Sumnit, Western, Irvine and vacated Walnut.
Purpose: To use land for private ingress-egress and future
garage area by ad,�acent property owners.

of said ailey. In conjunction with PAYNE/ARCADE WEST
STORM SEWER PROJECT) .

7. 4/28/87 FINAL ORDER: Condemning and taking easements for the TROUT
BROOK OUTLET EASEMENT PHASE B, located in Railroad right-
of-way between I-94 and 35-E.

8. 4/21/87 FINAL ORDER: (Laid over from March 18) Constructing a
sanitary sewer extension in GREENBRIER 5TREET from
Margaret Street northerly 165 feet; thence easterly in the
aliey in 81ock 2 of Schurmier and Evans Addition, a
distance of 350 feet more-or-less. Also constructing
sewer service connections.
And installation of a water main in GREENBRIER STREET from
Margaret Street to approximetely 175 feet north of
Margaret Street and in the alley in Block 2, Schurmier and
Evans Addition. from Greenbrier St. to approximately 350
feet east of Greenbrier. Also, construction of water
service connections.

9. 4/21/87 FINAL ORDER: Improving BIRMINGHAM STREET from York Avenue
to Case Avenue by grading and paving, constructing
concrete cu�b and gutter, constructing storm water
drainage facilities and constructing a street lighting
system and doing all work necessary to compiete said
pro,ject. Also slope construction in the above grading and
paving. (Laid over from March 4. 1987) .

To insure an efrective sewer separation program and t� comply with
state an3 federa'_ mandates , all ra�Zleaders (downspouts) must be
d�sconnected from the sanitary �ewer. Your building's rainleaders are
connected if exterior downspouts connect to an underground pipe or if
your roof drains througn the interior of your building . Some
apartments , commercial and industrial buildings will require a
separate storm sewer connection and you should request a connection
stub from the main sewer to the property at this time to avoid a
substantially higher cost to have it installed lat� r . For more
