It is noted that there is an undeveloped portion of the site, presently used for parking, which does not meet city requirements. Charles Beatty, representing the owner, states that they do not own this property and do not control who parks there. I informed Mr. Beatty that extension of his parking facility into this area is not permitted. T�e proposed hours of operation are all day on weekends and after 5:00 P,M, on weekdays.
