The existing parking lot at 411 Main Street meets the requirements of the
City's Zoning Ordinance.
It is noted that there is an undeveloped portion of the site, presently used
for parking, which does not meet city requirements. Charles Beatty,
representing the owner, states that they do not own this property and do not
control who parks there. I informed Mr. Beatty that extension of his parking
facility into this area is not permitted.
T�e proposed hours of operation are all day on weekends and after 5:00 P,M, on
weekdays.
This office approves the above referenced proposal subject to the followin
conditions: g
1• The license (if granted) shall be issued for the existing developed
parking lot only, No permission shall be given to extend parking into
any undeveloped portions of the site.
2• The hours of operation shall be stipulated on the permit license as
stated above.
3• Changes or reconfigurations to the present parking layout shall have
prior approval from this office.
