An Ordinance repealing section 404. 10 of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining
to lawful gambling in private clubs.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 .
That section 404. 10 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code ,
as enacted by ordinance number 17374, C . F . 1Vo. 86-870 , adopted
July 17 , 1986 , be and the same is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
days from and after its passage , approval and publication.
