Voting In the Matter of improving NEBRASKA AVENUE from Atlantic Street to English
Ward Street; A LANTIC STREET from Nebraska Avenue to Hoyt Avenue and
6 CHAMBERS TREET from Nebraska Avenue to Hoyt Avenue by constructing
concrete urb and gutters, bituminous paving and constructing concrete
driveways and outwalks if required. Also, constructing a street lighting
system an doing all work necessary to complete said improvement.

The Council of he City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said eport,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ , financed by assessments $50,000 , Capital Improvement Bonds
$90,000 and Storm Sewer Systems Charge $63,000.
2. That a public earing be had on said improvement on the 12th day of May, 1987 ,at
10:00 o'cloc a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice f said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and plac of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
