Ward In the matter of t assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
7 improving GABRIEL ROAD by constructing a 2 inch bituminous mat 24 feet
wide with a rolled bituminous curb from Springside Drive to approximately
1050 feet south of Springside Drive. Construction of storm water drainage
facilitie . Also constructed a sanitary sewer in GABRIEL ROAD FROM
Springsid Drive to approximately 550 feet south and from approximately
950 feet outh to approximately 1050 feet south of Springside Drive.
Also, con tructed sewer service connections'.

The assessment o benefits, cost and expenses for and in connectaon with the above unprovement having been
submitted to the Counc' ,and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory,therefore,be it
RESOLVED, Tha the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FUR HER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the Sth day of
Ma.y, 1987 , at the hour of ten o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City all Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Director of Finance give notice of said meetings,as
required by the Charte , stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the
amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
