RESOLVED: hat application 16106 for an On Sale Liquor License,
pplied for by Sha-Ray, Inc. , at 111 West Sixth Street,
e and the same is hereby approved, provided that
(1) There shall be no operation ur�der the authority of
the license at 111 West S ixth Street, St. Paul ,
without prior approval of the required bond by
the License Inspector and the '�,City Attorney, and
(2) That there shall be no transf�r of the license to any
other location without prior approval of the City
Council as required by law.
This license sha 1 not be renewed on inactive status after
January 31, 1988 and will be renewed only on condition that
the licensed bus ness is restored to full operation or in
the alternative he lic�nsee make application for and obtain
approval for the transfer of this license prior to January
31, 1988.
