RESOLVED: hat application 16382 for an On Sale Liquor License,
pplied for by Lori Wagner, Inc. & Fred D. Primoli ; at
59 Arcade Street, be and the same is hereby approved,
rovided that
(1) There shall be no operation under the authority of
the license at 959 Arcade Street, St. Paul , without
prior approval of the required bond by the License
Inspector and the City Attorney, and
(2) That there shall be no transfer of the license to
any other location without prior approval of the
City Council as required by l:aw.
This license sh 11 not be renewed on inactive status after
January 31 , 198 , and will be renewed only on condition that
the licensed business is restored to full operation or in
the alternativ the licensee make application for and obtain
approval for t e transfer of this license prior to January
31, 1988.
