RESOLVED: That application 15908 for an On Sale Liquor License,
applied for by Associated Hosts of Minnesota, Inc. ,
at 111 East Kellogg Boulevard, be and the same is
hereby approved, provided that
(1) There shall be no operatibn under the authority
of the license at 111 East Kellogg Boulevard,
St. Paul , without prior approval of the required
bond by the License Inspector and the City
Attorney, and
(2) That there shall be no transfer of the license
to any other location without prior approval
of the City Council as required by law.
This license sh 11 not be renewed on inactive status after
January 31, 198 , and will be ren�wed only on condition that
the licensed bu iness is restored to full operation or in the
alternative the licensee make application for and obtain approval
for the transf r of this license prior to January 31 , 1988.
