RESOLVED: That application for an On Sale Liquor License,
applied for by A B & T Liquors Inc. , at 685
East 3rd Street, be and the same is hereby approved,
provided that
(1) There shall be no operation uhder the authority of
the license at 685 East 3rd Street, St. Paul , without
prior approVal of the requir�d bond by the License
Inspector and the City Attorn�y, and
(2) That there shall be no transfer of the license to
any other location without pri',or approval of the
City Council as required by la�w.
This license shall not be renewed on inactive status after
January 31 , 988, and will be renewed only on condition that
the licensed business is restored to full' operation or in
the alternat ' ve the licensee make application for and obtain
approval for the transfer of this license; prior to January
31, 1988.
