RESOLVED: That the Off Sale Liquor License� applied for by
Anthony Liquors Inc. , Appn 16354; at 199 East 7th
Street, be and the same is hereby granted with the
following conditions:
(1) There shall be no operation under the authority of
the license at 199 East 7th �Street, St. Paul ,
without prior approval of th'e required bond by the
�.icense Inspector and the Ci'ty Attorney, and
(2) That there shall be no tran$fer of the license to
any other location without prior approval of the
City Council as required byilaw.
This lice se shall not be renewed on inactive status after
January 3 , 1988, and will be renewed ;only on condition
that the icensed business is restore� to full operation
or in the alternative the licensee malke application for
and obtai approval for the transfer Qf this license prior
to Januar 31, 1988.
