WHEREAS , arducci ' s Lounge located �at 1045 Hudson Road,
Saint Paul , Mi nesota has been convicted o� conducting and allow-
_ ing unlawful g mbling on the licensed pre�'nises on October 9 and
October 14, 19 6; and �
WHEREAS, the Council has conducted ; a public hearing for
the purpose o considering taking adverSe action on the said
license, the blic hearing having been h�ld on Wednesday, March
11 , 1987 ; and ;
WHEREAS, he City Council acting pur�uant to the applicable
provisions of the St. Paul Legislative �ode has determined to
suspend the o -sale intoxicating liquor �.icense at 1045 Hudson
Road for a per' od of three days ; now, ther�fore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the G�ity of Saint Paul does
hereby suspen the on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses held
by DJN, Incor orated, d/b/a Narducci ' s Lounge for the premises
at 1045 Hudso Road, Saint Paul , Minnesota for a period of three
consecutive d ys , the suspension commencir�g on the Monday follow-
ing the date of the publication of thisiResolution and continu-
ing through ednesday following the saidi publication date; and,
be it ;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Cl�erk shall mail a copy
of this Reso ution to DJN, Incorporated, � 1045 Hudson Road, Saint
Paul , Minneso a 55106 and a copy to the Li;cense Inspector.
