INITIATING ACTI : This project is eing initiated by the petition of one property owner who owns all of he abutting property. EXISTING CONDITI NS: Idaho Street is n oiled street in this area and has a right-of-way of 60 feet. Curb a d gutter has been installed. Storm sewer construction in his block is to occur in 1987, and it is proposed to coordinate the s orm and sanitary sewer work!� so as to avoid duplication and estoration. The nearest avai able sanitary sewer is at t e intersection of Idaho Street and Arund 1 Street. Those properties on the north side of Idaho Street are connected to the sanitary s wer in Arundel Street. PROPOSEb IMPROVE NTS: I' � The proposal is to extend the existing sanitary sewer from the intersection of daho Street and Arundel Street to the intersection of Idaho Street and Cumberland Street. ALTERNATIVES: The only alterna ive is to do nothing. The existing home, located on the south side o Idaho Street, would continue to be serviced by an ° on-site disposal system and any new construction would be forced to do likewise. ADVERSE EFFECTS: There are no adv rse effects anticipated bec�use of this project.
