WHEREAS: On Dec mber 17, 1986, the St. Paul City Council approved the
transf r of an Off Sale Liquor License applied for by Nick Mancini
at 503 W. Seventh Street. The license was transferred from
ABC Li uor Warehouse, Inc. doing business at 1055 Payne Avenue
WHEREAS: The Li ense and Permit Division has received notices from the
Minnes ta Department of Revenue for delinc{uent state withholding
and/or sales tax for ABC Lic{uor Warehouse, Inc.
WHEREAS: NIIV Sta te 270.72 prohibits any issuance, renewal, or transfer of
any li nse without issuance of a tax clearance certificate
RESOLVED: That t action to transfer the Off Sale Liquor License issued
to ABC Liquor Warehouse, Inc. DBA MGM Liquor Warehouse at 1055
Payne enue to Nick Mancini DBA 503 West Seventh Street on
Decembe 17, 1986 be rescinded.
