2 of Public Safety, in the amount of $100,000 for a Weed and Seed Grant in the Thomas/Dale area, for

5 WIIEREAS, the Department of Public Safety requests a designated authority for the execution of

8 RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accept this grant award for $100,000 for a Weed and
9 Seed Program in the Thomas/Dale area and authorizes Chief William Finney, to enter into an
10 agreement with the Department of Public Safety .
