Eliminate the pass law which requires Blacks to keep on their person at all times a govern- ment issued i:dentification card. Eliminate policies that make distinctions between the South African nationality of Blacks and Whites . Eliminate the policy of removing Black popu- lations from certain locations for reason involving race or ethnic origin. Eliminate all residence restrictions based on race or ethnic origin.
