WHEREAS, ther are a number oF returned cheeks for
nonsufficient fund and other reasons for nonpayment for
City services and ees;
WHEREAS, a co siderable amount of employee time and expense
is involved in ad� sting records and eolleeting these fees;
BE IT RESOLV D, that there will be a $15.00 fee for any
returned unpaid c eck whiah is payable to the City and the fee
will be credited o the fund whieh is responsible for the fee
and service.
