WHEREAS, The i ovements on Trunk Highway No. 5 (Eighth Street) from
St. Peter Street o Wacouta Street will be under the supervision of the
city and in accor ance with City Project 87-P-0582B1 tFinal Order
approved on Oct er 21, 198fi); and
WHEREAS, The C ty of Saint Paul desires to enter into a cooperative
construction ag ement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
RESOLVED, That he proper city officials are authorized to sign the
agreement.

1 . 2/24/87 FINAL ORDER: Tmprove the following avenue and streets by
qrading and paving, constructinq concrete curb and qutter;
constructing storm water drainage facilities, water main
and water connections, sanitary sewer and sanitary sewer
connections and a street lighting system in UPLAND AVENUE
from Burlinqton Road to Oakridqe Street in OAKRIDGE STREET
from Upland Avenue to Howard Street and in FIR STREET from
Oakridqe Street to approximately Z00 feet south of
" Oakridge. Also slope construction in the above-mentioned
avenue and streets. (laid over from 2-4-87} .

2. 2/24/87 FINAL ORDER: Improvinq the following streets with a
bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutters, concrete
driveways and outwalks and a street lighting system: IOWA
AVENUE from Alameda to Grotto; ALAMEDA STREET from
Nebraska to Iowa; HOYT AVENUE from Alameda to Grotto; and
DANFORTH STREET from Wheelock Parkway to Cottage. Also
construction of sanitary, storm and water connections if
requested by property owners. All to be known as the
DALE/HOYT AREA STORM SEWER AND STREET PAVING AND LIGHTING
PRO'JECT (SUPP�EMENT) .

3. 2/24/8 RATIFICATION OF AWARD OF DAMAGES: Acquirinq a 10-foot
permanent sanitary sewer easement on the east side of
BREEN STREET between Hyacinth and Hawthorne 5treets
legatly described as the west 10 feet of Lots 4 thru 9 and
the north t6 feet of lot 3 and the south 50 feet of Lot
10, Gerardine's Garden Lots.
