99-386aR�GINAL - � Presented Referred to Committee Date 1 WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Housing Information Office is a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency; and 2 WIIEREAS, since 1991, Saint Paul Housing Informarion Office provided mortgage foreclosure prevention 3 counseling to 843 Saint Paul residents in order to prevent imm;nent mortgage foreclosures; and 4 WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Housing Information Office, in conjunction with the Family Housing Fund, provides 5 mortgage foreclosure prevention counseling to Saint Paul residents. NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul authorizes the Saint Paul Housing Information Office to execute a contract with Family Housing Fund for the period of January 1, 1999 to December 31, 1999.
