Ware's Cumberland Addition, bounded by the following described Iines: Beginnfng at a point on the east line of Arundel Street 125 feet south of the north line of Section 24, Township 29, Range 23, thence 25 feet nortli to the intersection with the south line of Larpenteur Avenue, then easterly along the south line of Larpenteur a distance of 70 fee[, thence southwesterly to the point of beginning. Also, a nermanent easement for the purpose of constructing and matntaining a public sewer on, under and across a part of Lot il, Cottage Homes described as follows: The north 270 feet of the west 10 feet of said T.ot 11, Cottage Homes, Ramsey County, Mir.nesota.
