_Wa�d construction of the DALE/AO°T SEWAR SEPARATION PROJECT described as
5 follows:
A permanent easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a
publi.c sewer on, under, and across a part of Lot 1, Block 2 of Ed. M.
Ware's Cumberland Addition, bounded by the following described Iines:
Beginnfng at a point on the east line of Arundel Street 125
feet south of the north line of Section 24, Township 29, Range 23,
thence 25 feet nortli to the intersection with the south line of
Larpenteur Avenue, then easterly along the south line of Larpenteur
a distance of 70 fee[, thence southwesterly to the point of
beginning.
Also, a nermanent easement for the purpose of constructing and
matntaining a public sewer on, under and across a part of Lot il,
Cottage Homes described as follows:
The north 270 feet of the west 10 feet of said T.ot 11, Cottage
Homes, Ramsey County, Mir.nesota.
Also, a 20-foot wide permanent easement for the purpose of
, constructing and maintaining public sewers on, under and across a
part of Sheehy Addition to Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
bounded by the foliowing described lines:
On the west by a line 5 feet west of and para11e1 to the centec
line of Virginia Street extended across said Sheehy Addition, on the
east by a line 15 feet east of and parallel to said extended
centerline of Virginia 5treet, on the north by the north line of
�aid Sheehy AddiTion (being a line 100 feet south of and parallel to
the north line of Section 24, Township 29 North, Range 23 West) and
pn the south by the south line of said Sheehy Addition (being a
1Line which is 33 feet northerly of and parallel to a line described
as follows: Commencing, for the purpose of establishing the point
of beginning, at the northwe�t co:r.er of the northeast quarter of
ection 24, Township 29 North, Range 23 West; thence south along the
est line of the northeast 1/4 of said section a distance of 207.8
eet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence at
n angle of 76 degrees 12 minutes to the left a distance of 270.82

Als a temporary easement for construction purposes, 30 feet in width,
