Ward from Margaret 5treet northerly 165 feet; thence easterly in the alley
� in Block 2 of Schurmier and Evans Addition, a distance of 350 feet
more-or-less. � Also constructing sewer service connections.
And installation of a water main in GREENBRIER STREET from Margaret
Street to approximately 175 feet north of Margaret Street and in the
alley in Block 2, Schurmeier and Evans Addition, from Greenbrier
Street to approximately 350 feet east of Greenbrier Street. Also,
construction of water service connections.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 52,460 , financed by assessments $29,625; City Aid $16,170 and Utility
Aid $6,665. Wateir main connections estimated at $560 per con c ion alley anc�
$815 per connectiom street. Sanitary connections estimated at ��5� per connect on
alley and $750 per connection street.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 24th day of March, 1987 at
,
10:00 o'clock a.m., in �the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
