Voting IntheMatterof improving the following streets by constructing concrete
Ward curb and gutters, bituminous paving, constructing concrete
driveways and outwalks and plant trees. Also constructing an
4 ornamental street lighting system and doing all work necessary
to complete said improvement.
Holton Stteet from Pierce Butler Route to Englewood Avenue
Albert Street from Tgylor Avenue to Englewood Avenue
Taylor Avenue from Pascal Street to Albert Street and
Hubbard Avenue from Holton Street to Albert Street.
All to be known as the HAMLINE/HEWITT AREA STREET PAVING AND
LIGHTING PROJECT.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 369,077 , financed by S torm Sewer Service Charge $247,633; 1988 Capit�
Improvement Bonds $29,175 and Assessmeats $92,269.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the lOth day of March, 1987 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the CouncIl Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
