Petitioner is not condemning any easement for cuts, slopes and fills owned by the City of St. Paul, Minnesota. 2 . The City of St. Paul does not object to the taking by Petitioner of the easements on properties on which City has an ease- ment for cuts, slopes and fills as described in attached Exhibit A for construction and maintenance of a metropolitan sewer interceptor. 3.
