Dear Mr. Carchedi:
On November 19, 1986 at the 10:00 a.m. Council meeting, the transfer
of an On-Sale Liquor License and Sunday On-Sale Liquor License from Captain
Kidd, Inc. , DBA 0'Quinn's to Coco's Inc. , DBA Coco's at 352 Wacouta Street,
will be up for your approval. The possible manager of Coco's is LeRoy
Daniels, the current manager and owner of People's Choice at 920 Selby.
Due to the nature cf the liquor business and its potential for orohlems,
che U��ic-- ;�eparLment would Iike to provide you with some addi*_�.,i�at
infermation.
The first piece of information is a copy of a computer printout on incidents
reported to the Police Department from January 1, 1985 to November 17,
1986 on 920 Selby, the People's Choice.
The second piece of information is the People's Choice letter of intention
for the establishment of a business.
