Voting In the Matter of improving the following Avenue and Streets bq constructing a
Ward water mein in Upland Avenue from Burlington Road to Oakridge Street
and in Oakridge Street from Upland Avenue to Howard Street and in
7 Fir Street from Oakridge Street to 300 feet south of Oakridge Street.
Also, constructing water service connections.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 73,600 , financed by Agsessments $52,219 and City Aid $21,381.
Water Service connections assessed at $815 per connection.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�t� day of February, 1987 ,at
10:00 o'clock a.m., in the CouncIl Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
