WHqT WILL BE ACHIEVED BY TAKING ACTION ON THE ATTACHEO MATERIALS? (Purpose/
Rationale) :
Council action, as outlined in Chapter 147 of the Legislative Code, is requird
in order to establish or remove one-way designations. It is necessary to remve
the one-way designation of Eighth Street from Wabasha Street to Sibley Street
This removal, to be done in conjunction with the reconstruction of Eighth Stret
from St. Peter Street to Wacouta Street (87-P-0582B1) , is necessary in order
to accomodate a more efficient traffic flow in the CBD.
