l . Tibor Zoltai the sum of $2 ,146 .18 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about November 10 , 1986 ,
as more particularly set out in the [Votice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk ' s office on November 24 , 1986 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY TIBOR ZOLTAI
On November 10 , 1986 , at the intersection of Dale Street and
I-94 in St. Paul , a St. Paul Public Works truck operated by
James Hohn rear-ended a 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera owned
and operated by Tibor Zoltai . Mr. Zoltai ' s car was damaged
in the amount of $2 ,146 . 18 and we are settling his property
damage claim for that amount .
