in full settlement of his claim of damages sustained on or
about December 9 , 1985 , as more particularly set out in the
Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk ' s office on
December 16 , 1985 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
NORMAN WALKER AND STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY
On December 9 , 1985 , a vehicle owned by the City of St . Paul
and driven by Asie Sangster was involed in a traffic accident
at I-94 and Highway 61 . The truck went out of control due to
icy conditions and slid into the path of a vehicle owned and
operated by [Vorman Walker. As a result of the impact , Mr . Walker
incurred damages in the amount of $1 , 443 . 02 . We have agreed to
settle with Mr. Walker and his insurance company, State Farm,
for $1 , 443 . 02 .
