BLUE - x1AVOR ♦ ' Council Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council selects Alternative C-1, Existing Alignments as the preferred alignment for Segment "C"; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following conditions be adopted as part of the Existing Alignment selection: 1. This segment is to be the last segment constructed in order to accommodate near term changes to the Wabasha Street bridge and the C&NW lift bridge. 2. Design of Segment "C" will be coordinated with the final plans for the construction of the Lower Landing area (included in Warner Road reconstruction) . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council requests the City Administration to take the necessary steps to prepare the final Environmental Impact Statement, incorporating the selection of Alternative C-1 as the preferred alternative for Segment "C". BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the St. Paul City Council hereby declares its intent to reconsider Alterna�ive C-2 Modifi�d as the preferred alignment for Segment "C" at a later date atter sub�mission of the Final EIS or Alternative C-1 if funding becomes available for the C-2 Modified Alignment.
