RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the classification of Environmental Health Director be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 22, Section ID4, to Grade 24, Section ID4, of the Professional Supervisory Standard Ranges in the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation; and be it FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period after the passage, approval, and publication of this resolution. I have attached a copy of the class specification for your review. Please notify me within twenty days of receipt of this memo, if you wish to discuss these changes. If I do not hear from you within that timeframe, I will assume agreement and will proceed with the process. I will also be processing a resolution to change the rate of pay for Environmental Health Director from SPSO Grade 22 to SPSO Grade 24. I hereby waive the time remaining on this 20 day notice for the � purpose of revising this class specification. �U[/ /'4—���� n � Date , . � . $,�� �� � � � Environmental Health Director WHAT WILL BE ACHIEVED BY TAKING ACTION ON THE ATTACHED MATERIALS? This resolution will increase the rate of pay for Environmental Health Director from SPSO Grade 22 to SPSO Grade 24. This action is the result of a classification and compensation study, which was performed at the request of Kathy Stack, Director of Community Services. This action is based on information from the QES evaluation and comparisions with other comparable positions. The upgrade places the Environmental Health Director class equivalent to other section heads in the Public Health Division. COST�BENEFIT BUDGETARY AND PERSONNEL IMPACTS ANTICIPATED: Cost: This action affects one individual for a total annual additional cost of $3,179.02 per year. Additional cost in 1988: none. Implementation anticipated for after December 31, 1988.
