Voting In the Matter of improving PALACE AVENUE from Lexington Parkway to approximately
Ward 200 feet east of Lexington Parkway by grading and paving, constructing
2 concrete curb and gutter and constructing a sanitary sewer. Also
constructing sanitary sewer service connections.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$35,500 , financed by assessments $12,700 and City Aid $22,800.
Estimated cost per sewer service connection $900.00.
2: That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17th day of .7an�,ar�, t 9R9 ,at
nine �Xo'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint PauL
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chazter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
