Now Therefore, Be k Resohred: that the C�y oF Saink Paul does hereby at�'rm that
any cost of the bridge in excess oF the grant will be appropriated from the funds available
to the C�}r of Saint Paul, �nd that any grar� monies apprapRated for the bridge but not
requred, based on the final est�ate, sl�►II be rettrrred to the Minne�ota Slate
Trar�portation Fund.
Be � Futher Resohred: that whereas Federal monies are t�ing used to participate in
the cost of the britige, grant monies as rrr►tching funds shall be h�an�erred drectly ta the
